調子悪い

昨日、自分の部屋で調べ物をしているとき、
とても暑く、お尻など汗でびっしょりだった。

今日は、すっかりお尻の具合が悪い。

イスに座っているのが辛い。

とても、４時間も座って居られない。

困った・・・。

ムリしないで、涼しくしてコンデションを
整えるべきだった。（汗）

家人が心配して、夕方、薬を買って来てくれていた。
ありがたい。

早速、塗布する。
直ってくれますように！！
