歯医者へ行こう！

今朝は吐く息が白くなりましたから
冷えましたね～～～
最近パパさん忙しくてきっとお疲れなんでしょう。
今朝は珍しくお寝坊したので
そら君と２人だけの散歩でしたよ。

そらママもたまには休んだら～～～と思うけれど
朝の散歩の後はご飯が美味しいんですよ。
それに今日は「歯医者さんの日」でしたからね。
何かと忙しい・・・

そうそう今日はそらママの歯医者さんの話。
頑張ってますよ～～４回目の通院です。
今日は前歯の治療です。
虫歯と歯周病で歯茎が上がってしまたのかな？と
不安たっぷりで行き始めた歯医者さんだったけれど
診断の結果はなんと“歯の磨きのしすぎ”でした。

歯並びの悪いそらママの歯なんですけど
欠点を補うべく毎朝・毎晩せっせと歯磨き
していたのは良かったのですが
“歯磨きの仕方”が横磨きで力を入れすぎて
歯が擂り減ってしまった結果なんだそうです。

今日は前歯の減ってしまった部分を詰めてもらって
真っ白な歯にしていただきました。
治療後鏡で見たら歯茎から出血していて
まるでドラキュラみたいな顔をしてましたが
そらパパには歯が綺麗になって
「若返ったみたい」と言ってもらえましたよ(^o^)

せっかく行き始めた歯医者さんなので
この際だから悪い所は全部治療して貰うつもりです。
良かれと思ってしていた歯磨きも
正しい歯磨きをしないとそらママみたいになっちゃう。
歯が痛んだり、気になるところがあったら
早めに歯医者さんへ行きましょう！！
